MODE

Scramble. In this mode the four participants of the team play from the starting point and choose the best located ball. Then the “owner” of the selected ball plays his second stroke and all the members of the team then also play their second strokes from that same point. From thereon, they proceed in the same manner. In each opportunity the ball is dropped. When it is located on the green, it is placed.

HANDICAP

Teams will play with a handicap of 10% of the sum of the handicaps of the team. This handicap cannot be greater than the lowest handicap of any member of the foursome. If it is, the team will play with the lowest of the handicaps.

Each member of the team MUST contribute at least two first strokes over the 18 holes. If not, the team will not have the right to a prize per category.

“The Use of Soft Spikes is Obligatory”.

CATEGORIES OF THE TOURNAMENT

Only one category.

PRIZES

Gross: First three and last but one (penultimate).

Net: First three and last but one (penultimate).

SPECIAL PRIZES

Long Drive per category of the team. Hole 5 and Hole 17.

Best Approach per category. Hole 6 and Hole 11.

DRAWS

In the case of a draw in the gross and net first places, the tournament will be decided by the best last 9 holes, the best last 6 holes, the best last 3 holes, and the best last hole. If this continues, by the toss of a coin.

CLOTHING

Adequate clothing is required. The use of long pants or Bermudas is appropriate. (No cut -off jeans or shorts).

IN THE EVENT OF A QUESTION Should any doubt arise during the playing of the tournament, the procedure to be followed is according to Rule 3-3.

The tournament commission reserves the right to make the necessary changes in the starting times.

The players (ladies and gentlemen) shall begin playing at the established time from the hole assigned to them by the Commission.

We would appreciate not using cell phones on the course.

•  It is the responsibility of each player to check the starting time and tee from which they will begin playing.

•  Players will not be called out loud, and must be present at the starting tee with sufficient time for beginning play at the time established by the Committee.
